Return Window

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EU Cooling-Off Period
If you're an EU customer, you have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, as long as the item remains unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the funds.
